Meet our Dog Walking Specialists
JILLI had always wanted to worked with animals and since a child wanted to run my own kennels. In 2008 I had the opportunity to take redundancy and decided to start the K9 Nanny business and have never looked back.
You get to meet great people and their dogs, nothing is better than the reaction you get when you go to take the dogs out on their walks. I love spending time with my dogs, Earn, Eva and Clyde whether it be walking, training or just chilling out with them.
LYNNEI have adored animals, and dogs in particular, since I was a child! When I married Neil, also dog lover, we both knew that four legged furry friends were always going to be part of our family!
So, enter our fabulous Jazzy, a border collie/lab cross, who was with us for almost 13 years and made us realise that we truly were “doggy people”. Mist then came to join us! A crazy, now 3 year old, border collie, with a love of all humans, water (dirty or clean!) and tennis balls, she makes me smile every day. She loves a play about with furry friends in the garden, whether it be chasing each other or chasing a ball!
Mist gets the best of both worlds being a home boarding Hostess, as she gets the fun of pals for sleepovers and holidays, but not the monotony of having a sibling 24/7!
Neil, Mist and I love offering home boarding to dogs. I love the fact that people can go on holiday knowing their dog is being cared for, as well as they are at home. And that makes their holidays so much better, without having to worry about their pooch.
SARAHI’m Sarah and I joined Jill at K9 Nanny while doing my work experience in 2011. The work experience was an eye opener into the Pet care industry and I then joined the K9 nanny team when I left school.
I also attend college studying Horse care and now Animal care. I also participate in Perth Dog Training classes every week. Not only am I dog daft, I share the same passion towards Horses and have a horse on loan.
KarenI’m Karen and this is my little girl Hattie. She is 4 years old and I am only a little bit older
Hattie and I were both originally city girls down in Edinburgh but we are both loving the space and fresh air in Perth.
Working for K9 Nanny has given me the opportunity to pursue a career where I never get the Monday morning blues , as every day with the dogs that I walk is our happy little adventure, come rain, shine, snow, or wind.
I love the fact that everyday when I put a key in the door, I know that there is a happy dog on one side of the door, and an equally happy dog walker on the other.
